One: Set the operating parameters of the air compressor
1.If it is belt drive, check the tightness before starting。Generally, the tightness is between 10mm and 20mm。If it is a coupling connection, check the balance。
2.Check whether the host steering is the same as the mark, and adjust the phase sequence of the two wires differently。
3.First set the unload value, then determine the load value。Generally unloading is 0 greater than loading.1～0.2Mpa。
Under normal circumstances, the automatic start and stop of the screw machine is controlled by pressure, setting the upper and lower limits of pressure, and operating through the pressure sensor。When the pressure reaches the upper limit, the air compressor automatically stops, and when the pressure drops to the lower limit, the air compressor starts and resumes work。
After adjustment, enter the setting diagram through the microcomputer controller, you can adjust the upper and lower limits of pressure, generally do not need a password to enter the air compressor setting page。There are two methods of air compressor pressure regulation:
1. Adjust the air compressor pressure
(a) Turn the pressure adjusting screw clockwise to increase the closing and breaking pressure simultaneously;
(b) Turn the pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise to simultaneously reduce the closing and breaking pressure。
2. Differential pressure adjustment
(a) Rotate the differential pressure adjustment screw clockwise, the closing pressure remains unchanged, and the breaking pressure increases;
(b) Rotate the differential pressure adjustment screw counterclockwise, the closing pressure is unchanged, and the breaking pressure is reduced。
